To register an Account and access the full range of Platform features, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age prescribed by the operator's applicable licence jurisdiction. You are responsible for:

Upon termination, any amounts held in your Account will be handled in accordance with the operator's applicable policies and applicable law. You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the Platform's support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated or licensed, to the extent not inconsistent with mandatory local law.
